Nicole Schnurr and Heather Keip have been immersed in the industry since 1997, and business partners since 2010, gaining over two decades of invaluable experience that has equipped them to expertly navigate the inevitable ebbs and flows of the market. Stephanie Tuck has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 2019. Stephanie is no stranger when it comes to real estate transactions and working with clients to buy and sell properties successfully. Her calm and patient manner makes her a pleasure to work with, guiding clients through the often-complex intricacies involved in real estate deals. She takes pride in always doing what she says she'll do and honoring her commitments, big and small. 

Jason Zister began his career in 2019, primarily focussed on the Kitchener-Waterloo region but has recently returned to his roots in Bruce County. Growing up on a farm outside of Chepstow has provided Jason with extensive knowledge of farm activities. Additionally, he acquired invaluable experience through residential construction jobs equipping him with specialized knowledge of all aspects of the building trade. You’ll enjoy having Jason on your side of the bargaining table!

Holly Fortney, With roots in Kincardine, Ontario, I now call Mildmay home, where my husband and I are raising my two teenage daughters. We love spending time together on our 18-acre property, enjoying the outdoors, camping, and traveling as a family. My deep local connections and passion for the area help me guide clients through every step of their real estate journey.
