If you’re looking to buy or sell real estate in Prince Edward County (aka 'the County') and the surrounding area of the Bay of Quinte Region, you want someone familiar with the all of the things that make this area so distinctive.

From Milford to Consecon, Northport to Cressy, Belleville to Brighton, and everywhere in between, I know the best spots and all of the tricks rural real estate can throw at you, and I am happy to pass on that local knowledge to my clients.

My background in design and construction allows me to offer a unique perspective when it comes to real estate. You will usually find me spending my downtime renovating, reimagining spaces and finding the best ways to update on a budget. When you work with me, I can help you to see all of the possibilities for your space and also recognize its limitations. For you, that means more options and less heartbreak.  It means a realistic vision and clear expectations.

As a busy REALTOR® running all over the region, my days are full of moments of marvelling at vintage wallpaper, taking in design and details, saying hello to fields of cows or sheep, soaking in colourful sunsets, paddling some of the prettiest natural rivers and lakes, stopping at fabulous restaurants (and wineries, breweries, distilleries, oh my!), and of course, meeting the most amazing people - like YOU.
