About Courtney

Hi, my name is Courtney Chartrand and I would like to thank you for visiting my website today! Let me share a bit about myself so you can get to know me better!

Although nursing is my first career and has been my main profession since 2013, I bring forth a wide variety of experience in personal and professional real estate. As I was raised by a builder/renovator it was only natural that I grew a love for the real estate market. I started investing in real estate and flipping my own homes in 2009! Since then, I have renovated many personal properties, as well as built and renovated properties with other individuals. I also have many years of experience in the Ontario rental market and currently manage my own rental properties across Canada.

For most people, buying a home is the biggest and most important financial decision of their lives!! I have bought and sold many properties and fully understand how overwhelming it can be for first time home buyers! With a caring background, it is my goal to provide competent and caring services to my clients, and to help make this process as easy and stress free as possible from start to finish. I use both my personal and professional experiences to understand and meet my clients needs with 100% confidence in their satisfaction!
