I’m a real estate salesperson based in the Waterloo Region, helping buyers, sellers, and investors make confident decisions in today’s market.

Before real estate, I worked in construction management, which gives me a deeper understanding of how homes are built—from structure to finishes. I use that knowledge to help my clients evaluate properties beyond what’s visible and avoid costly surprises.

I work closely with first-time buyers who want honest guidance and clear explanations, not pressure. My approach is simple: educate first, guide honestly, and never pressure.
